1. Parties
a) FrigoKit, located in Hatay, which operates the website www.frigokit.com (hereinafter referred to as "www.frigokit.com").
b) The Internet user who is a member of the www.frigokit.com website ("Member").
2. Subject of the Contract
This Agreement determines the terms of use for the Member's access and interaction with the www.frigokit.com website.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided during membership registration is accurate and legally compliant. The Member is responsible for indemnifying all damages that www.frigokit.com may incur due to inaccuracies in this information.
3.2. The Member cannot share the password provided by www.frigokit.com with others. The use of the password is restricted to the Member. Any claims or liabilities arising from unauthorized use are the Member's responsibility, and www.frigokit.com reserves the right to seek compensation.
3.3. The Member agrees to comply with all applicable legal regulations while using the website. Violations are the sole responsibility of the Member.
3.4. The Member must not use the website in ways that disrupt public order, violate laws, or harm others. Activities such as distributing malware, spamming, or disrupting services are prohibited.
3.5. Opinions and ideas expressed by Members on the website are solely their own and do not represent www.frigokit.com. The platform is not responsible for damages caused by such opinions.
3.6. www.frigokit.com is not liable for unauthorized access to Member data or resulting damages. Members waive their right to claim compensation in such cases.
3.7. Members must not access or use other users’ data without authorization. Legal consequences of such actions are solely the Member's responsibility.
3.8. Members who violate any part of this Agreement are responsible for any resulting legal or criminal consequences. Furthermore, www.frigokit.com reserves the right to seek compensation for non-compliance.
3.9. www.frigokit.com may unilaterally terminate memberships and delete associated data without prior notice. The Member agrees to this condition.
3.10. The design and content of the website are protected under intellectual property laws and cannot be used, modified, or copied without permission.
3.11. www.frigokit.com may collect certain data (e.g., IP address, visit times) to improve services and comply with legal regulations.
3.12. Members consent to the use of their personal data for improving services and tailoring user experiences.
3.13. By registering, Members agree to receive promotional messages and data usage as outlined in this Agreement. Preferences can be updated by contacting customer support.

3.15. The Member is responsible for ensuring their systems are protected against viruses or malware.

3.17. Changes to the Agreement are effective immediately upon publication.
3.18. All computer records of www.frigokit.com are accepted as sole evidence in disputes.
3.19. Members agree to receive notifications via email or SMS as part of the service.
4. Termination of Contract
This Agreement remains effective until the Member cancels their membership or www.frigokit.com terminates it due to violations of the Agreement.
5. Settlement of Disputes
Disputes regarding this Agreement will be settled in the Antakya Courts and Enforcement Offices.
6. Enforcement
Membership registration confirms that the Member has read and accepted all terms of this Agreement. The Agreement comes into effect upon membership registration.
